As many regions around the world are impacted by the COVID – 19 pandemic, we wanted to share with you information about EDHEC’s response to the situation and also answer some of the questions you may have regarding the Global MBA and the application process in light of the current situation.
We have been extremely proactive in ensuring the well-being of our students, faculty, staff and wider community. In line with French governmental instructions, our French campuses are currently physically closed like in many countries across the world.
We are, however, fully open and operating online with our community simply shifting from local campuses to a network of dedicated faculty, staff and students working remotely across the country and all around the world.
As of 25th March we have successfully transferred all of our classes and programmes online and our admissions, faculty and administration teams are all working remotely and here to assist you, support you and answer any questions you might have.
Yes, we are still accepting applications so you are not too late to join the September intake. Our admissions team are working as normal as is our application process so you can still apply as normal. Our transparent and guaranteed scholarship policy is still open for applicants and our team is here to answer your questions, evaluate your profile, help you with your application process and connect you with our students and alumni.
We would advise you to get in touch and start the process as soon as possible though because some external administrative requirements may take a little longer than normal (for example Visa requests if you need one).
First of all, please do not panic. You can still apply for the Global MBA even if you have not yet taken your GMAT/GRE, Tag Mage or language test, we can offer conditional places based on you submitting your test score at a later date.
However, we understand that many applicants have had their tests postponed due to the current situation and that this can cause considerable disruption and additional stress for you, which we want to avoid.
Whilst you may now have the possibility to take your test online, we also recognise that for some of you this may not be possible.
Our advice is to get into touch with as soon as possible and begin your application process, if you haven’t already. Our admissions policy has always been to consider every applicant individually, looking at your profile holistically and we will continue to do this. Your test results are one element of the application. Read more on our application process here.
We are constantly reviewing the situation and are being as flexible as possible with application requirements, so please get in touch.
Our admissions process has always been a very personalised approach, so you should already have been contacted by one of our dedicated team. As our applicants and participants come from all around the world, our application process has always offered a fully on-line option (online profile evaluation, online application form and video interviews) therefore the process will continue as normal in this respect.
Firstly, congratulations! If you intend to join our diverse and talented cohort in September 2020, then please accept your place and follow the steps included in your offer letter. You can then start preparing for the next step in your career progression and begin organising practical elements like accommodation, pre-course reading and so on.
If, for reasons beyond your control, you are not able to join us, then we will of course refund any deposits made or you may be able to defer to the next intake. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you secure your place as soon as possible as we purposely limit our cohort size to ensure a high level of diversity whilst ensuring a personalised experience.
At the moment all of our campuses are closed in line with government instructions, therefore it is not possible to physically visit our campus. However, we will keep you informed as the situation evolves and we would be delighted to welcome you to our campuses once restrictions are lifted in France.
Our admissions team are here to help you and answer any questions you may have on our programme, the application process and to keep you updated as the situation evolves.
